Two parallel attempts to make the architecture run for real. Both are exploration.
This simulator visualizes a single canonical session of the multi-agent room as the story describes it. The events are scripted; the routing categories are real; nothing in this page connects to a camera. It's a way to see the architecture in motion without claiming the room was wired up at this fidelity for any particular class.
Two more ambitious attempts to make the system actually run live exist in the source repository. Both came out of this semester. Both are exploration — experiments worth keeping and developing further, not production claims.
